We are FairGreen Capital.

FairGreen Capital is a property investment firm which specialises in deploying capital in high-growth areas by focusing on under-supplied regions, high-yield units and off-market purchases.

We believe that Ireland, and specifically the Mid-West region, is attractively positioned to capitalise on these factors, due to:

Lack of New Supply - the reasons for this are well-documented, and particularly acute in the Munster region where legacy issues and increased build costs has led to pent-up demand.

Favourable Economics - this includes expanding urban populations, high and growing employment, large-scale FDI and government initiatives and incentives.

Increased City Population - Ireland’s population in key cities is constantly growing due to movement of people into areas of high employment.

With a lean, agile and highly-experienced team, Fairgreen Capital is adept at identifying and realising opportunities in this active, dynamic market.
